Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and addressed within one month, where the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 apply. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Products, prices, and orders

Product descriptions, availability, prices, applicable taxes, and delivery charges are displayed before an order is placed. Please review the order summary before payment. An order is accepted only when the store confirms it and any required payment is verified.

3. Payments and manual UPI

Payments are processed using the method shown at checkout. For manual UPI, an order remains pending until the seller verifies receipt against the supplied UTR and payment amount. A UTR or screenshot alone is not confirmation of payment. The seller may cancel an order if payment cannot be verified. If money was received for a cancelled order, the seller will address it in accordance with applicable law and the payment provider's process.

4. Physical and digital products

Physical products are dispatched to the address supplied at checkout. Shipping charges and available delivery estimates are shown before purchase. Tracking is provided where available. Digital products are made available through a secure download or other method described on the product page after payment is confirmed. Do not share download links or redistribute digital files unless the product terms expressly allow it.

5. Cancellation, returns, replacements, and refunds

The seller does not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns after delivery. Any applicable conditions will be shown before purchase. If a payment was received for a cancelled order, the seller will arrange the applicable refund through the original payment method where practicable.

This voluntary return policy does not limit remedies required for defective, deficient, spurious, wrong, or misdescribed goods, or any other rights under applicable consumer-protection law. Digital-product remedies are subject to applicable law and the product description.

7. Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment-reference details. Do not misuse the storefront, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe another person's rights.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction of the competent consumer commissions and courts.

9. Updates

Changes apply from the date they are published and do not remove rights that have already accrued under applicable law.
